Good point on following words like &quot;overcoming&quot;, &quot;managing&quot;, &quot;hope&quot;, &quot;optimism&quot;, etc. After all, if you don&#039;t believe the placebo effect cannot work. 

In this case, I don&#039;t think we are seeing a placebo effect, however. The science and data are there and eating right and living an ultra healthy life style is just common sense if you have MS. Nonetheless, like Pageler, I have had some mud thrown at me too. LOL It is a good thing that mud makes a fine beauty treatment -- at my age, 60, beauty treatments are uplifting. LOL
